I grew up in Baltimore enjoying the things that make living here unique. I am so pleased to be able to share those activities with my children - Berger Cookies, bubble tubes at the Aquarium, sledding on "Secret Hill", the holiday lights of Hampden, and Faidley's crabcakes are some personal favorites.
I attended Friends School of Baltimore and later completed my undergraduate degree at Colgate University. I have a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from American University in Washington D.C. and have completed both predoctoral and postdoctoral training in Pediatrics at the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and the Kennedy Krieger Institute. Within the Kennedy Krieger Institute, I have held positions in Behavioral Psychology and Neuropsychology Departments.
In my private practice I enjoy the challenge of taking scientifically valid treatment strategies and personalizing them for each child and family with whom I am lucky enough to work. Working collaboratively with families, schools, and other providers to help children develop the skills they need to be successful is an incredibly rewarding experience.
